History of Chattri Union: -

The first Hindus ruled the village in the year 1943. During British rule, after 1971, Chattari union was formed with the death of nine wards in present-day Chattari village under Fouzal Karim. At that time the chairman of the Union was called a village president. During the Pakistan rule in 1950, the title of the president of the village president was announced as the Union Chairman. After Bangladesh became independent in 1971, Late Fouzal Karim was the chairman of the Union Parishad chairman. At present, about 9 small big villages are chattari union parishad.

Earlier, Hindus dominated most of Anwara thana's villages. The Mahanjars of Hindu families were the only ones among the wealthiest people in each union, including Anwara Thana or Chattari village. However, people walking on foot in the footsteps of the trickle people used to walk. Boat was the union's only communication vehicle. And every street of the village was fouled by Karim. He made important establishments including Union Parishad, School, Madrasa, Mosque, Temple of Chatri Village. She is a charmer of Chattari village. The next chairman, Mr. Sahib (Ayakub Ali, Shamsuddin Chau, Shukkur), has done various development works for the people including some development in the road. The current Chairman, Mr. Yasin Hiru, started the development of the road from the Chattari union of 08 no. No chairman could do it. He reviewed the progress of all the work with the people.
